Admission Policies
• Only pre-registered conference delegates and delegates who register on the day (Spot Registrations) will be able to attend conference sessions.
• All participants are asked to wear their badges at all times throughout the conference.
• Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from conference.
• Anyone obtaining a conference delegate or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means will be asked to leave the conference.
• No one under the age of 6 years will be able to attend conference unless they have obtained the prior written consent of the organisers.
• Anyone attending conference must not take part in any demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or wear offensive apparel or be involved in any activity which may disrupt conference.
• The organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from the conference and venue who does not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider is likely to break these rules or who is prohibited from attending under any applicable sanctions, laws or regulations.
• Official conference photographers may be taking photographs and filming videos at the conference. Anyone attending the conference consents to such photography and filming without compensation and confirms that the Organizers shall be entitled to use such photographs and videos, which may include photographs and videos of visitors, for the purpose of marketing conference in future, for exploitation in any and all media, without liability. No other photography or filming will be permitted at Laescuela Education organized conferences without the prior written approval of the organisers.
Privacy Policies
The organising committee of the International Conference (hereafter referred to as “the Conference”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all participants including authors, reviewers, speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
The information collected will be used for the following purposes:
• Managing conference registration and participation
• Processing paper submissions and peer-review activities
• Communicating conference-related updates and announcements
• Preparing conference proceedings and publications
• Issuing certificates, invoices, and participation records
• Maintaining academic and administrative records of the conference
Participants acknowledge that:
• Accepted papers may be published in conference proceedings or associated journals.
• Author names, affiliations, and paper titles may be displayed on the conference website, program schedules, or promotional materials.
• Photographs, video recordings, or screenshots taken during conference sessions may be used for academic, reporting, or promotional purposes.
Personal data may be shared only with conference organising committee members, editorial boards, reviewers, and scientific committee members, publishing partners or indexing agencies for conference proceedings and service providers assisting with conference management systems. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorised access, data misuse or alteration, and accidental data loss or destruction. Despite our efforts, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The conference website or communication platforms may contain links to third-party websites such as journal publishers, submission systems, or sponsors. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external websites. The organising committee reserves the right to update or modify this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the official conference website.
Refund and Cancellation Conditions
Substitutions may be made at any time. Registration fees are non-refundable. However, the registration is transferable to another person if a request is made at least 15 days before the conference.
In the unlikely event, Laescuela Education has the right to cancel or postpone the conference. In case of cancellation of conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Laescuela Education shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
Terms and Conditions
• No one is allowed to attend the conference without registration in any circumstances.
• Each attendee must register separately. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate.
• If co-authors submit only one paper and only one of these authors participate, only a fee for one participant must be paid.
• There is no such thing as a “free child” or “free spouse.”
• No partial or full waive-off can be offered in the conference registration fee as subsidised rates are decided by the organising committee.
